Yoga for Everyone

Experience is everything, and here at Yoga Studio and Training Academy in Hull, your experience is completely unique to your individual needs.

Our philosophy is to provide classes suitable for all levels of practice with an emphasis on alleviating your health issues, reducing stress, anxiety and tension to balance your mind, body, and spirit.

Ann-Marie Mainprize established Amiyoga in 1999 to provide yoga and holistic health therapies.

At The Yoga Studio we provide classes in Power Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Dru Yoga, Yoga for beginners, Flexibility Improvers, Meditation and various workshops.


Our Yoga Training Academy provides certified courses in 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, Restorative yoga, auveda yoga massage

​Our Holistic Hub is home to The Yoga Therapy Foundation Providing Yoga For Cancer, Respiratory health and Mental health well being.

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.
